  Both Crystal and Tessah are amazing and have helped me regain strength in my hand. Not only did they focus on my main goal, but they also are helping me strengthen the rest of my body so this doesn't happen again. We are finding the true root cause of the hand weakness, and we are creating a plan together to retrain my body to help avoid injuries in the future.

  I have had a subluxated (partially dislocated) thumb for 3 years but I only just realized a week ago. Over those 3 years, I saw 2 doctor and 3 physical therapists including a hand/wrist specialist. Crystal Whitmarsh understood what was happening immediately. She began a treatment protocol which included taping my thumb into the right place. We have ordered a brace that we think will help while it is healing/strengthening. Today when she moved my thumb into the right place and taped it there, I felt an intense relief. Thank you so much Crystal. If anyone is looking for a PT, I highly recommend Crystal!

  During my monthly tune up, my doctor asked me what I was training for. We decided just life. The next day my son asked me if I wanted to go on a long backpacking trip. Because of the plan my WTH doctor made based on my goals and needs, I was able to go with no additional preparation or training.
