If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled eye exam you may be asked to reschedule. s a general rule, we ask that all new patients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment, and all returning patients arrive 10 minutes prior. This ensures each patient has enough time to complete paperwork, update insurances or payment information, etc.

At this time, we do not offer same-day eyeglasses. Our eye doctors are committed to providing the highest quality lenses for your vision correction, which can take time to make precisely and correctly. Depending on the strength of your prescription and any selected optical add-ons (anti-glare, transition lenses, etc.), your glasses can take up to 10 business days to craft.
