The person helping me check out didn’t know what they were doing at all. It took forever, they kept inputting the wrong information, and in the end I was charged for the glasses, however the order was never actually placed. I had to call customer support days later because while it showed up on my bank account, the order wasn’t showing up on the Warby Parker app.
