We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

Filled out all the online forms to check in for my appointment, only to arrive at my scheduled appointment time to be told my appointment was cancelled because I didn't respond to a text message despite the last text I received was "we look forward to seeing you at Pearle Vision for your appointment...." Never received any notification that it was cancelled. Then received a voicemail asking if I wanted to reschedule my "missed appointment". Very frustrating and a waste of my time.
- NHnasra hersiApr 11, 20261.0If i can i should give them below one star the customer service are not welcome i bought a glasses i paid almost $800 and was too tight and i ask to change and the second one i had same issue i came back and told them i have same problem and they said now you have to pay $50 i paid and i ordered another one it has same issue i wore only one day and i told them these glasses aren’t working for me and the guy i met told me you have to pay another $50 dollars and i say i can’t can i get my money back he said was none refundable i left my glasses and leave the place so i never recommend any one to purchase any glasses they so weird
