    I arrived in Minnesota for a family celebration, but my hearing aid charger did not; it was in my lost luggage. Not wanting to remain on the sidelines of the celebration due to my inability to hear, I phoned several audiologists for help. The only one who gave me hope was Simon Mandel, of Miracle-Ear in Edina. When I visited his office, he tested a charger on my aids, determined that it would properly charge them, and then, recognizing the significance of the occasion ... gave me the charger as a gift! I was impressed (and astonished!) at his kindness and professionalism. Mr. Mandel is what I would call a mensch.

    I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Miracle Ear! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Simon Mandel who assisted me was exceptional! He took the time to listen to all of my concerns, thoroughly explained my options, and helped me find the perfect hearing aids for my needs. His knowledge and attention to detail made the whole process so much easier and stress free. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the results! I highly recommend Miracle Ear and Simon Mandel to anyone looking for top-notch hearing care. Thank you so much for everything!

    Simon and Pam are great. They explain everything thoroughly so I understand everything from my appointments. They are very friendly. I love my hearing aids. I would highly recommend everyone to stop in for any of their hearing needs. They are the best in the business!
