- DMDenise MasonAug 12, 20261.0I had a very good experience even when my glasses didn't work for me. Staff was very friendly offered adjustments than it was past the return period. They cant do adjutments and Ashley was more worried about telling me about her life and job problems and when she offered a solution to use my old prescription on my new frames I said great because I love the frames than she said there are no more adjustments allowed. I was literally told I have to pay $80 a month for 2 years for 2 pairs of glasses I cant use. Than the redness started, I was being over talked and Ashley SLAMMED the phone down on me. I got a corporate number to find out its the same number that said the store would reimburse me. Than I got another person who accused me of saying things I didn't say and than tried to find every reason for not dealing with the issue. And after that they blocked me from accessing my account but still takes my money. The only reason they got 1 star is that is the only way to leave a review. Southdale Lensecrafters is rude, unprofessional and they will have you making adjustments that are not correct until after the return period just to get your money.
