They have all been reliable and kind. Felix is one of his favorites and one of the few people who is able to engage with him and get him to converse.

It became clear after one day that my father and I needed more support, and Home Instead was able to quickly line up assistance to come to their home that night! The staff were all professional, curious and easy to be around. Home Instead was flexible with our changing needs and did everything they could to accommodate us. We now work with Darcy from Home Instead twice a week to help with various items, from health assistance to home projects and she has been a delightful part of my mom's recovery.
