- KTK TAug 4, 20265.0I had a wonderful experience here. The office was clean, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made such a difference. Dr. Paul Shlafer was thorough, kind, and professional. He took the time to explain things clearly and made the appointment feel comfortable and unrushed. As a queer, femme-presenting nonbinary person, I really value feeling safe, respected, and comfortable in healthcare spaces, and I genuinely felt that during my visit. I also have to give a special shoutout to Kris O. There were some technical issues while I was purchasing my glasses, but Kris was incredibly helpful throughout the process. What really stood out was the follow-up after the issue was resolved. That extra effort made me feel like my experience actually mattered, rather than the interaction ending once I left the office. Overall, I felt welcomed, respected, and well cared for. Even with the technical hiccup, the way it was handled left me with a very positive impression. I would absolutely recommend this office.
