I am unable to see with my new glasses, with all the adjustments they have done they pushed me past the return period and now I have to spend $80 a month for 2 years for 2 pairs glasses that I am unable to use. Not to mention staff was rude when I tried to return them, slammed the phone down on me, put words in my mouth and locked me out of my account. Not to mention Ashley is more focused on telling you her life problems instead of focusing on the customers issue. She aldo offered to let me use my old prescription in my new frames and when I agreed to that she said they cant do that. They only get one star because I had to leave a star to leave my review.
