  My wife loved the classes, but this franchise's manager said she was unable to make decisions deviating from their corporate policy to refund money for honestly pretty expensive membership dues that my wife couldn't use after a drastic shift in her work schedule. My advice: find a locally-owned, truly independent club that can respond to customer needs and make reasonable adjustments to serve the community. If you can't do that, expect rigid corporate oversight from this franchise and no refunds.

  Great instructors. Clean, nice staff, knowledgeable, flexible when possible. Good locations. Lots of available times for class and good variety. Makayla is one of my favorite instructors.

  I LOVE Club Pilates and look forward to every class! The amazing Instructors, ease of booking classes, high quality reformers, variety of classes, creative use of other equipment at each station, the benefits Pilates offers my body, the professionalism and expertise of the instructors, office managers and staff, it all adds up to a BIG WIN/WIN!!   I couldn’t be happier with my Club Pilates membership! Classes are challenging while still being FUN — instructors/staff are AWESOME; super friendly and always helpful! I am so glad that they opened a studio nearby!
