I am only one week post op and I already am seeing incredible results, even with my swelling! Ally (I hope I’m spelling her name right) is seriously so welcoming and kind. I was a bit anxious going my into the procedure room but she laughed with me and eased my nerves. She’s also very helpful with my many questions I ask. The gals at the desk are very welcoming and helpful. Everyone created such a wonderful environment for me and I seriously cannot recommend the Edina team enough.

She seemed like she just wanted to get back to doing anything else rather than giving me the consult. No bedside manner what so ever. She was supposed to submit my pictures to the doctor and send me financing information, and as of now I haven’t heard a single thing back from this office. Sad that this is how the expect to get and keep clients with this type of cold shoulder rudeness as the clients first impression.
- JDJordan DockendorfSep 1, 20265.0I have hated my bat wing under arms for forever and had them as long as I can remember (thanks genetics!) so in May of this year, I decided to do something about it. I did a ton research into different procedures. I knew I didn’t want to do an arm lift where I would have to be fully put under anesthesia and would have resulted in a giant scar which, in my opinion, would have been worse than the under arm flab in the first place! I also looked into the different cooling and infrared treatments and they didn’t seem to be effective. That’s when I found AirSculpt. Upon looking at before and after photos, I liked how natural the final results that I saw were. Also, the very few locations where the instrument was used were barely visible and were in very discreet places. In addition, they had a skin tightening option which I knew I would need after nearly a lifetime of flabby under arms! So I made the call and it was very easy to do all the pre-procedure things I had to do and I was well-informed all the way. If I had a question, I got the answer super quick. It was so easy! The morning of the procedure, went so smoothly. Pre-photos were taken, the doctor came in and answered any remaining questions. He made marks to guide where he will perform the procedure and then it was time to have it done! I was surprisingly relaxed thanks to some pre-procedure medications. I barely felt the numbing agents where the instrument was going to be used and from there, I just relaxed, closed my eyes, and listened to the soothing music they had playing. Before I knew it, I was done! I don’t know how much time actually passed but it seemed like 5 minutes. I even got to see the fat removed which is equally gross, fascinating, and so satisfying saying goodbye to it! Recovery was easy. I was a little bit sore for a couple days but nothing horrible. I was back to work the next day. I used my compression garment religiously because it felt comforting and plus would aid in me getting the best results. I am a little over three most post and had my three month follow up where they took photos and I got to see the comparison and I was astounded! Full results take six months and could even continue tightening throughout the year but the difference in 3 months - WOW! I have definition in my arms now! I couldn’t be happier!! I highly recommend AirSculpt Edina. Everyone at the clinic was incredible - so kind and helpful. I was comfortable from minute one. In fact, I am so happy with AirSculpt Edina and my results that I scheduled another procedure - this time for my upper and lower stomach (another one of my problem areas I have hated forever!). I can’t to see the two final results together!
