  We cannot say enough good things about Chad. From the very beginning, he has gone above and beyond in every possible way while helping treat our daughter, who has a rare disease. When so many providers are unfamiliar with rare conditions, he has never given up. He has listened, researched, advocated, and truly partnered with our family every step of the way. He treats our daughter with compassion, respect, and genuine care, always making her feel heard and valued. We are deeply grateful for his knowledge, kindness, and commitment.

  I would recommend everyone who wants excellent patient care to Chad. He has a long history of being in the service of others. From being a paramedic, police officer, to a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, APRN, CNP). He cares about saving people's lives and keeping them healthy. His office model is patient oriented with sixty minute appointment. He is an expert in pharmacogenomics which basically runs the patient's DNA to ensure medicine safety. Chad also believes in lifestyle prevention and teaches this often on his educational platforms. If you are looking for proactive and thorough care, I highly recommend True North Medical Care!

  Chad is an exceptional healthcare provider. He spends a lot of time with his patients (NOT the 5-10 minutes you get in a typical setting!) allowing him to do a thorough and comprehensive assessment. He has the ability to see the whole person and truly get to the bottom of the issue. Top notch! He also genuinely cares about his patients.

  Chad is passionate, motivated, and truly cares about helping people feel better. He takes the time to listen and creates an individualized plan instead of using the same approach for everyone. If you’re looking for someone who thinks outside the box and genuinely wants the best for his patients, I highly recommend him.

  I have been seeing Chad for about one year. I immediately felt comfortable with his approach to my symptoms. He was very open about his observation on the health care that I had been receiving prior to my visit. Chad has made changes to my medications and is very good about explaining why and exactly how the new medications work and why the previous medications were deleted. Chad has been excellent about following up with me in between visits and prescription changes. His new scheduling system is very easy to use. My wife also has had issues with her primary care and has seen Chad. She too is happy with the care she has received. We would highly recommend Chad and his services!
