  My experience at Pearle vision today was exceptional. From making the appointment, when I walked in the door I was greeted by the front staff, Hailey, the manager was most helpful and my Dr. was very welcoming and professional. BRAVO!

  I loved everything about my experience here. Diana was very friendly and helpful at the front desk and with my pre-exam. She explained everything perfectly and answered all of my questions with sincerity and care. My doctor, Jennifer, was amazing. I’ve never had such a friendly optometrist in my life. She explained so many things and the eye test actually felt fun. Then Mitch was also very helpful and kind at the end when it was time to order my contacts and make plans for eye glasses. Great experience- go here!

  I stopped by the Pearle Vision at EP Mall with my dad after he broke his glasses, expecting it to be a simple but stressful errand. Instead, we met Mitch, and he reminded me that there is still so much goodness and compassion in the world. He helped my dad order a new pair, but what stayed with me was everything he did beyond that. He took the time to temporarily fix my dad’s old glasses so he wouldn’t be without them. When he realized these were my dad’s only usable pair, he arranged a rush order and even offered to take them to the lab himself and pick up the new ones. He didn’t have to do any of that. He simply saw someone who needed a little extra help and responded with patience, and genuine care. In a world that often feels hurried and a little too accustomed to looking the other way, an encounter like this feels almost precious. Sometimes it takes one small act of grace from a stranger to remind you that people still notice, people still care, and there is still gentleness left in the world. Mitch, thank you. You may have thought you were simply helping someone get a pair of glasses, but you gave us something far more meaningful that day, the feeling of being cared for. If nothing else, visit Pearle Vision at EP Mall and experience for yourself the warmth and humanity that still exist in this world. ❤️

  I recieved a very comprehensive exam with education on the health of my eyes. Dr Scott was thorough and personable and the support to choose a pair of glasses was very helpful.
