  My husband Bruce was having issues with his hearing aids working and Brandon got them working again. I know they are old, but we can’t afford new ones at this time. Thanks for helping him.

  I can’t thank Brandon Adams enough for his exceptional help with my mother-in-law’s hearing aids! When her hearing aids stopped working properly, it made daily communication incredibly frustrating and overwhelming for her. Brandon was remarkably patient, compassionate, and thorough in diagnosing and fixing the issue. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring both the devices were working perfectly and that she felt completely comfortable with them before we left. His professional expertise, kindness, and genuine care for his patients made a world of difference. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such incredible customer service.   Super thrilled with my appointment. The staff are super courteous, the waiting area is stocked with complimentary beverages, and the place is overall spotless. Brandon was beyond helpful with my early stages of hearing loss. I left the appointment with so much more knowledge and tools than I went in with. TYSM!
