  Long story short, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I came in on Tueday to get a eye exam and to get glasses, I had a pretty okay experience. The person who helped me took his time to help find the right price for me for my lenses and glasses. The doctor was absolutely amazing, and because of that I decided to make an appointment for my husband and daughter to come in. My husband and daughter came in today August 22nd 2026 and proceeded to have the worst experience of their life. The eye doctor was amazing but the two women one of which was the store manager were extremely rude. My husband doesn't wear glasses and is new to anything that has to do with lenses, power, or what have you . He even explained that he's new to this several times. The woman proceeded to put him in the most expensive lens even though he said he only wanted something that his insurance covered. Once he denied the sale and said he was going to check elsewhere first, the woman helping him said to him to go talk to his friends about how much they paid for glasses so he can get a perspective of how much it costs. I can tell you right now I've been wearing glasses since I was 8 years old and never spent $375 on glasses and lenses. Matter of fact I paid for glasses and lenses and the eye exam out of pocket last year and only spent $230. When I had insurance I've gotten lenses and glasses completely free at one point. When I found this out I called to speak with the store manager to see why they had an employee on the floor speaking harshly to customers and clients like this; however before I could even talk about the issue I was getting snarks and laughs from the store manager. My goal was to speak to the manager, work out whatever issue and come back in and purchase glasses that are insurance paid for. Because of the interaction I had with the store manager I refunded my order from tuesday. Which was $190. However I'm only receiving $150 back because they charge you for a copay to visit the store. After reading some of the reviews it kind of seems like they make a habit of taking your copay treating you like garbage hoping that you refund your order so they can pocket the money. I encourage you to read the reviews for the store or save yourself time and go somewhere else. Eye clinics are dime a dozen in the city of Eagan. I would take the time to go anywhere but to Pearle vision. I am shocked and surprised that this place has employees that act like this especially with a doctor that's so good as well as respectful. Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere they really don't care. Again, she was willing to end two sales versus to try and make it right. That's not customer service. Also I wanted to add an order for me to get the refund I had to tell her my card number the 6-digit code on the back and the PIN number. So this woman has my information on my card and I'm waiting to see if there will be extra charges put on or if she used it to just go shopping in general since again she has my card number expiration three digit code and the pain play man that it's the only way to get the refund back. So please go elsewhere.

  Front desk ladies are a bit gruff and the man who answers the phone is a low talker and hard to understand, but Dr. Brubaker was most excellent. Explained well and was very efficient.
