  I needed back rehab and this was ideal. I want slow and steady. They were very supportive and modified my workout as needed.

  I’ve taken a couple level 1 classes and they each have been different. I like taking classes from different instructors as I like the variety. We use the ballet bar, ball, ring circle and balance cube as part of our classes. I like switching it up as it keeps the classes interesting.

  I've been doing Pilates many years and was looking for a new spot when I moved to Minnesota. This is not a welcoming or inclusive place, not at all a body positive vibe. I went here solely because of the proximity and the schedule worked for me. It's corporate Pilates at best, there are much better studios that promote body positivity and body acceptance, unlike this studio which was judgy and exclusive.

  I was looking forward to talking to them...but they called at a bad time...so I declined the call. They called RIGHT back (clearly a robo call)...i declined again. This went on 6 times before I finally blocked the number and then my phone told me that the blocked number called me 4 times. 10 times in a one minute span. That's harassment and excessive. I have reported them to the FCC.

  I just came back after 1.5 years off due to pregnancy and postpartum and everyone has been so sweet and helpful. I took my first class and really loved Misha’s teaching.
