  I was nervous having to find a new dentist. But whene I left i was happy with my visit. People who recommended Loban are spot on. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.

  The place was a ghost town. It looked like they had at least 6 techs working and 1 patient. They have been calling trying to get me to come in for a routine checkup and told me they could get me in tomorrow. So I set something up for my daughter. I felt dismissed when I asked questions. I was told there were 3 cavities and I asked where they were. I asked if they were on the top of the tooth or the side and was just told yes. When I asked further I was told the tech would explain more. I asked how bad the cavities were and was not given an answer. I asked if brushing better or better oral hygiene will help repair them and was again dismissed. The X-rays taken didn't show the jaw bone and roots of the teeth so other questions I asked where unanswerable. I was just told that next time they would take better X-rays. It doesn't seem like they take themselves seriously as a medical facility or as a real doctors office.

  Everyone is pleasant. They make sure your comfortable and not in pain. They explain what they are doing to you. They gear your appointments to fit your schedule. They listen and take care of your needs. You feel like family!

  Clean, friendly staff, tv on while your in the chair is a good distraction! Dr. Loban is very nice and focused on doing his job well, which he does!
