Brightwater Health (Formerly Human Development Center, HDC) is the Northland's largest mental health and recovery services provider.
We have over 28 programs providing services to folks of all ages across Carlton, Lake, and St. Louis counties in MN and Douglas County, WI. Our programs include: Adult services, child and family services, recovery and addictions, group therapy and more.
Brightwater Health is also the provider for mobile mental health crisis services for the Arrowhead Regional Crisis Line, serving Duluth and the 30-mile surrounding radius with a team of trained mental health crisis response team members.
