    I brought my mom to Miracle-Ear, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a wonderful smile and welcoming energy from Josie. She then introduced us to Noah, who also greeted us warmly and immediately made us feel comfortable and valued. Noah was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on meeting my mom’s needs. He went above and beyond to ensure she received the care, support, and guidance she needed throughout the process. Before coming to Miracle-Ear, we visited two other companies, but this was the only place where we truly felt that my mom’s needs mattered. The staff took the time to listen, showed genuine compassion, and made every effort to ensure she was supported and understood. Every visit was met with kindness, respect, professionalism, and positive energy. The level of care we received stood out and made a meaningful difference in my mom’s experience. For that, both my mom and I are incredibly grateful. Thank you, Josie and Noah, for treating my mom with such dignity, patience, and care. It did not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated. 🤗

    Very professional woman answered the phone, I believe her name was Josie. Helped me decide if I needed to make an appointment and got that ball rolling. If the whole place runs as well as she does, it’s a great business!

    Husband finally went in and got his hearing aids. He purchased the TV connector so we could be in the same room watching a tv show without me being in pain. We were not able to set it up and Noah came the next day and in minutes installed the devices properly and we are golden!!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER service by Noah. I am so appreciative of the customer support to make this serious purchase feel absolutely worth it. Thanks again Noah!!!!
