  We will not be returning to this Pearle Vision location. When we purchased our first two pairs of glasses in November, and the Optician was not knowledgeable and did not explain anything. She tried to charge us for our eye exams which are covered by insurance. After explaining multiple times that it was covered by insurance, she finally asked a manager to help her and figured out how to fix it. We were told it's best to purchase warranties and that everything would be covered should something happen to the glasses. My son is basically blind without his glasses, so of course we purchased coverage should anything happen. A piece randomly fell off about a month after we got them and they were able to fix them, however now the glasses are falling apart and they will not do anything to fix them, other than suggest we purchase a new pair. They did not explain the warranty and really should train their opticians better and have them explicitly say that should your glasses break ever, the warranty only covers a ONE time fix. We will find a new eye clinic that is at least willing to try and fix our kiddo's glasses that are falling apart after a few months. I will never recommend Pearle Vision to anyone, as this has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

  Brought my twin 1 year olds here for their first eye exam. We had a great experience with Dr. Koenders she made the experience easy and took great care in explaining everything.

  The eye appointment was great and had no issue with exam. Found a pair I liked and when going through everything was told the price which was nearly 400. Then told my insurance VSP was not working as it looked like I used it already which was impossible. Was told they would call my insurance and get back to me. Never heard a thing and my insurance said there is no issue when I called them. At home I found the same glasses online and did all the add ons they did in store and would you know it 195 dollars cheaper on my end. Again eye exam was great but the lack of communication with “SALESPERSON” about price and the their ability or lack there of to use my insurance was disappointing. Will not be returning Update: PearleVision location has tried authorizing my insurance through VSP for over a month. I never purchased glasses here only had an eye appointment. Been trying to buy a pair with insurance online but PearleVision refuses to unauthorized or get rid of hold. Was told I need to buy from them as that’s where my eye appointment was. I know longer know what to do as I don’t got glasses unless I buy from them at an astronomical cost.
