He was extremally diligent in explaining the how's and whys of my hearing loss. Abraham took the time to explain in layman's language and through diagrams, ear models and various photos to be assured I understood my needs and how to proceed. He was extremally professional, gave me the needed testing and proceeded to explain the test results with me. Abraham went over the various options with me to correct the hearing.
