  The dental care itself has always been great, but I was disappointed with how a scheduling misunderstanding was handled. I was originally scheduled for June 29 (original appointment made on March 9th, 2026) and accepted an earlier opening via text on April 23rd. About an hour later, I realized I couldn’t make that appointment and immediately let the office know. I assumed I would keep my original appointment because I never received a cancellation notice for it. When I called on the day of my original appointment, I was first told that I had “never originally been scheduled today,” even though I had been. After I explained the situation, I was told by Jenna at the front dest that “our communication has been very clear.” While I understand now that accepting the earlier appointment replaced my original one, that was never made clear to me, and I never received any notification that my June appointment had been canceled. A little acknowledgment that the misunderstanding was understandable would have gone a long way. Instead, the conversation felt dismissive. I am not normally one to write reviews but I want to help others be informed of the scheduling policy, and to bring attention to an issue in communication via text scheduling. Text scheduling is a new concept and going forward I will be sure to follow up for clarification. It was a rather frustrating situation since I live in the city & took a day off of work to accommodate for an over 40 minute trip each way.

  Wonderful Dental Practice! This place is great! Very modern and clean. Nice paperless appointments and forms. The staff and assistant are warm and friendly. Appointments run on time. Jens is a great dentist. Very personable and competent dentist. Extremely happy with the resuls. Highly recommend!

  I can’t recommend this dental office enough. They were able to get us in on an emergency basis when my daughter really needed help, and that alone meant everything in such a stressful moment. What truly stood out, though, was their compassion. Even without insurance, they took the time to see us, never making us feel like a burden or an inconvenience—even though it clearly put the doctor behind. They understood how overwhelming dental costs can be right now and worked with us to make care possible instead of turning us away. That kind of empathy and humanity is rare. They didn’t just treat my daughter’s tooth—they treated us with dignity and genuine care. I’m beyond grateful for their kindness and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, especially if you’re trying to find a dentist that cares about their patients. I will forever be grateful.
