My glasses were handed back covered in fingerprints and the buildup in the frame/lens crevices I asked to be cleaned was never taken care of. I always have these problems no matter what location I go to. I also left the store with my lens already popping out and had to come back in. Now, four days later, the lens is popping out again. At this point I’m concerned my glasses may have been improperly repaired. It didn't help that he was the only person there to help so he had to do something, right... Maybe didn't even know how to handle my type of glasses. Frustrating experience, especially considering how expensive glasses are. Name was John. I expect a lot better quality of service and care at LensCrafters.

I asked Michelle if it was possible for her to look at my glasses. She was great and took the time to fix my glasses, no charge. I will tell you I will now always go to her to purchase my glasses in the future. Customer service is key.
