I’m here to get the lenses I ordered fitted to my frames.” “So did you order the lenses?” “Yes. I got a notice they were in so I just need to have them fitted to my frames.” “Did you get a notification they were in?” “Yes. I already said that.” “Ok. Let me get your name and I’ll have the tech come talk to you.” Tech: “So, did you order the lenses?” “Yes.” “Did you get a notification they were in?” And so on. Three calls, two visits. I could also go into how they ordered the lenses and cancelled the order for no reason but that’s just kicking a dead horse. It’s called “active listening” and they just don’t.
