This place honestly saved my life. I was there a few years ago and ever since then I’ve been sober. And although there were times I was struggling I still persevered. Thanks to Jack, I’ve been sober for over 3 years! And I got my grades up, graduated high school, and now am starting college in three weeks. I definitely recommend that if your kid needs help, bring them here!

at first you could say i probably hated being there but now being a year and 5 months clean thanks to them and there support it has brought me to a happy place to where i am today i probably was one of their most difficult teens emotionally and i powered through it and graduated the program there you might not wanna get help or go to treatment its hard at first but trust the process and you will get out if you take the time for you and do the work for yourself i promise. emily and jack were wonderful people in my recovery i couldnt thank them enough

I went here about 4 years ago, my counselor worked super hard along side jack to find the best ways to help me. It took a lot of work to get me to be willing to even try to change but they never gave up on me even after multiple times needing to go to residential and they encouraged me every step of the way. When i finally got sober they were my biggest cheerleaders and still are. Even after my counselor passed away jack has still continued to help me if i’m struggling and need support. I truly don’t believe i would have survived my addiction if i hadn’t come here, they counseled my family through my entire time in outpatient as well as inpatient and helped me build those relationships back. I couldn’t be more grateful for all of hard work and help they gave me! Jack is truly amazing at what he does and i couldn’t recommend this center more!!!

horrible building/food/staff/schedule the building is very unsanitary it’s dirty it’s ghetto and are insurance pays 907:50$ a day so why are we staying in these conditions and the dishes were never actually “washed” staff just rinsed the silverware and plates off and the food is dollar store food and aldis it’s never that good they make us eat chicken at least 6-10 times a week and they like to tell people the program is safe it helps and they say it’s only 60-120 days that’s a complete lie they will have your kid in there til they're insurance starts to cut out i see to many kids in there that don’t deserve to still be there they can and will hold you there for 12 months for any small mistakes everyone in there is very miserable a lot of the time cause they don’t have us do stuff we sit inside all day and you can’t even watch or play the tv until 6:30 they don’t give us proper education on getting sober there “method” is to make you as bored as possible to figure out what you will do when you feel like that so you don’t relapse and the director is odd he started talking to us about masterbation and said do it in the shower that everyone uses on the boys unit which is super gross cause why talk to us abt it tell us to do it where we all needs to get clean i could keep going on but it’s so bad i ran away from here don’t send your kid here

2 Stars because of my Counselor Olivia, she was the highlight of my 16 day stay before i ran, Jack ( the director ) is a cheapskate, you rarely get to eat something new, and i had drank milk multiple times to find it was spoiled, He also refused to turn the AC on when me and one of my roommates complained daily. There is several holes all over the facility, graffiti, etc.. The techs that are working with the kids are majorly unprofessional, they will bribe kids to do their job, help sneak carts in, so on so forth, Also a client recently spoke out about their Suicidal thoughts, and Clinician Daniel Lebre said " You shouldnt talk about things like that in front of me, because now i have to stay an hour later because you said that.", -- May be covered by insurance but its not worth losing your dignity.
