He went through all of our needs.. my husband’s height, measuring the doorways in our home, light enough for me to pick up and pack in the trunk. The wheelchair is perfect! It was covered by Medicare and very reasonably priced for the quality!

I provide info, don't hear anything for a week or 2 and go back in and am given more instructions that could have been relayed earlier. Came in today for my 3rd time for a status check and told I needed to supply something else to them. They have one more chance.
