  I was told that my prescription went through and someone would be calling me to set up a delivery, well nobody ever called and Friday afternoon I called them to see if I could go pick up my order and they told me that it had been shipped by speedy delivery well here it is Monday and I still don't have my stuff 🤬 things get stolen off my porch so I did not leave all day Saturday waiting for it and I missed my grandson's birthday party not cool I'm going to try and get my stuff switched over to a different medical supply company. Very very disappointed especially since I did say I would come pick my stuff up. Don't tell someone you'll call them to set up a time and then don't do it you don't know me at all I'm a new customer you don't know if shit gets stolen out of my yard and off my porch. And then when I call this morning it's the delivery driver that didn't give me a call

  Refused to bring a bed to my dying grandfather citing that a DNR and 55% oxygen is not a medical emergency for comfort.l, your response is a lie, the hospice company called you eight times and I called the on call toll free number and they called the owner of the company and you declined to deliver a bed.

  I had a deeply disappointing experience at Brainerd Medical Supply; the atmosphere is dated, cheap, and the staff exude a clear lack of professionalism—they seem disengaged and dismissive and rude. They made me feel incompetent, despite their own lack of firsthand knowledge. I now realize, based on multiple recommendations from many friends that NORTH CENTRAL MEDICAL SUPPLY & EQUIPMENT (by Walmart) is the SUPERIOR option!!! The entire team collaborates seamlessly, providing personalized care and resources. I cannot recommend them highly enough—Teresa guided me through my sleep apnea care, and Pat, a respiratory specialist with 40 years of experience, was exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate with all things CPAP and more! Every visit to North Central is welcoming, kind, and truly customer-focused. I wish I had come here first! I highly recommend! :)

  Mike was so helpful with my husband’s custom wheelchair! He went through all of our needs.. my husband’s height, measuring the doorways in our home, light enough for me to pick up and pack in the trunk. The wheelchair is perfect! It was covered by Medicare and very reasonably priced for the quality!
