  Our experience with Home Instead was very positive. We would not have been able to care for our mother at home without them. Everyone who came to our house was so kind and caring and gentle. Each one an angel in their own way. We are so grateful to everyone involved.

  Very disappointed in the ownership of this franchise. My mother was signed up at the suggestion of her county worker. We never really knew how it worked. The county social worker and Home Instead were not informative. I will say that the individuals who worked with my mom were fantastic. Towards the end we decided to discontinue the service due to the questionable billing practices. We were charged an extra two weeks because not enough notice had been given. What we were paying in the end was far more than what we were paying at the beginning. Maybe I should've been more savvy, but I'm still very critical of this organization. Be careful!
