  I have bought several pairs of glasses there. I'm always treated with respect and kindness. I purchase a new pair every year with my insurance. I misplaced my new glasses. Ended up purchasing a new pair out of pocket. They gave me 40% off the entire order. Much appreciated. Great store and staff.

  I’ve been going here for years and have always had an awesome experience! Office staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Hanson is always so kind. Recently brought my son in for his first exam before kindergarten and Dr. Hanson, Rose and Linh were so so great with him. We love Pearle Vision!

  I called ahead specifically because I was trying to get a walk-in/last-minute appointment. I explained my situation and told them I had already called 8 other local Pearle Vision locations trying to find the earliest availability. They were able to get me an appointment, and I provided all of my information ahead of time specifically to save the office time. I also called and let them know that I was going to arrive about 12 minutes late because this was literally the only appointment time I could get. The 10-minute grace period was explained to me over the phone, and I understood it. I told them I was going to do everything I could to get there as quickly as possible, and I ended up arriving only a couple minutes beyond that grace period. I completely understand having a late-arrival policy. What I don't understand is refusing to see someone after they have gone through all of that effort to get there, especially when the difference was literally a couple of minutes and the appointment had already been discussed with the staff beforehand. The most frustrating part was that the time spent standing at the front desk going back and forth about whether they would see me was probably longer than the amount of time it would have taken to simply get me checked in and started. I was already there, had completed my information, and was ready to go. I understand that I technically missed the 10-minute window. But given the circumstances, a little flexibility and customer service would have gone a long way. After calling 8 locations, finding an appointment, driving there as quickly as possible, and communicating with the office beforehand, being turned away over a couple of minutes was incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

  Maddie was absolutely fantastic in adjusting my glasses, they were in rough shape before but her expert work really changed the way I see the whole world. Literally.
