  Called to inquire about a service listed on their website, but the representative put me on hold mid-sentence and forwarded my calls to voicemail. Ended up booking online instead with Crutchmer on August 13 at 2:00 PM. Please call me back to cancel the incomplete phone appointment I made earlier since I couldn't get all the details finalized. Follow-Up After attending my first appointment, I found the process to be disorganized. When I asked questions about the information required to complete the appointment, the front-desk representative responded in a dismissive manner and reframed my question as a misunderstanding of what was being requested. Appointment-related information was also discussed in front of other patients while staff worked to determine provider compatibility. I asked whether these requirements could have been communicated before the appointment so I could have gathered the necessary information in advance, but the conversation shifted to rescheduling. Overall, the appointment process could have been handled more efficiently. Clear communication of requirements in advance and better organization at the front desk would have prevented much of the confusion.

  This appointment was very informative and thorough. It was fast and easy. Maddie was extremely helpful and a gem to work with. The store was nice neat and clean. I would highly recommend this location or anybody looking for thorough eye exam and glasses. Lots to choose from.

  didnt even take an hour doctor was very very nice so was everyone else in the office
