  I was really nervous about getting my daughter’s lip and tongue tie revised, especially when she was only a week old. But from the very first visit, they made me feel completely comfortable. They took the time to answer every single question I had and never once made me feel pressured to go through with the procedure. What stood out most to me was how much they truly cared—not just about doing the procedure, but about supporting me as a mom too. They explained everything so clearly and made sure I felt confident caring for her at home afterward so we could get the best possible results. I noticed a huge difference almost immediately. Nursing improved right away, and even her sleep got better. At our follow-up appointment, they were just as supportive—answering more questions, encouraging me, and guiding me toward what would help my daughter most. We live a little over an hour away, but it is 100% worth the drive. I’m so grateful for the care we received.

  The staff was very caring and willing to listen to concerns. My son felt safe here which was a great thing as it hasn't always been the case at other places.
