  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this GNC location. This is not the first time I’ve come in and found that the shelf price for GNC AMP Pure Isolate was incorrect. As a customer, if I see a product clearly marked at $51.99 on the shelf, I expect the store to honor that price—especially when employees acknowledge that the pricing error is on their end. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The employee told me he was going to call the manager, but never actually did. Instead, I spent nearly 20 minutes going back and forth while he repeatedly said he was going to contact the manager without taking any action. The interaction felt argumentative, rude, and unprofessional. Pricing mistakes happen, but customer service is what determines whether a situation can be resolved positively. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. Given that this has happened more than once at this location, I have lost confidence in the store’s pricing accuracy and customer service. I will not be returning to this location again. I hope management addresses both the recurring pricing issues and the way customer concerns are handled.

  The older lady with curly hair and glasses there is very rude and robotic like an attitude does not help in any way to try and save you any money whatsoever and is no help whatsoever very cold no customer service atmosphere of any kind she needs trained or replaced!!
