I was absolutely shocked to hear that repair cost me nothing! Definitely coming back.

But on a good note they did refund the cost without any hassle.
- RBRaymond BriceSep 8, 20262.0I ordered two pairs of glasses 4 months ago now. The Ray Bans came in, were fine and have been fine. They have 0 scratches to date as I am extremely picky about my glasses. The Armani Exchange on the other hand came in with etches from the lab. They reordered the lenses 2 times and each time they were defective. The 3rd time they ordered them in the “big circles” and cut them at the store. They have micro-scratches all over them. I am not saying the store has not been helpful, but at this point I think they are at a “that’s good enough”. Highly unsatisfactory to spend $490.00 out of pocket after insurance only to get glasses 4 months into a warranty that’s only good for 12 and already have scratches. I guess I’ll just toss the Armanis as scratches in glasses catch the sunlight and amplify it into my eyes. My eyes are very photosensitive. Very disappointing and a costly paperweight.
