Although the Dr's office section of this business was very pleasant, the retail section of the store needs much improvement when dealing with diversity. The representative that assisted us( the redheaded U of M student) was great. If it was just her and the Dr's office staff, I would have given a 4 or 5 rating. I watched Stephanie in retail continuously make faces/ whisper when talking to coworkers(we were the only customers in the store at the time). She went as far as telling her coworkers to "see if the mom needed sunglasses", referring to my daughter. This comment was made after my daughter had spend several hundred dollars on her children in the store. "I felt" like she might be racist and wanted to up sell us as much as possible. She's definitely rude in her actions and appears to need more training(although I've seen her for many years). She was also rude to her black coworker when the coworker asked her questions. STEPHANIE, IT'S 2026. EDUCATE YOURSELF AND DO BETTER. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!
