I love the different classes offered with my favorite being sculpt and flow. Megan and Yanee are the best, always making each class challenging with awesome music! The studio is very welcoming, greeting you by name the moment you walk in. Highly recommend!

There are many classes to choose from to get into the swing of things, then higher difficulty classes if you’re up for a challenge- some will get you to break a sweat and others are relaxing and restorative! This studio offers a variety of class times throughout the day as well so it works great with my schedule. The entire staff is very kind and knowledgeable as well. Yoga6 is lovely and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new studio!
