StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab West Bloomfield offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- SKShirin KaialSep 20, 20261.0Awful front desk service, white woman, popping blue eyes, not sure if she's the manager or just a receptionist, She was very pushy, and had major attitude, very rude, and unprofessional way of speaking to customers. Will not go to that location again. However, Tiffany the therapist was great, she helped improve my husbands shoulder pain.

- CKCheri KarolakMay 31, 20235.0I am extremely delighted with the results of being stretched at the West Bloomfield location of Stretch Lab. I must admit I went into signing the contract with Stretch Lab thinking it would be the same as the other local stretch place. I sure was wrong. I have had arthritis and associated pain for over 55 years and this place was the last bit of the recipe I needed to become an active participant in life again. I work out, see a PT for dry needling, and weekly receive a massage from a trauma massage therapist, but it never seemed to be enough until I started getting stretched at Stretch Lab. The flexologists work with your needs at the time and offer helpful tips and hints for at home relief. When I happen to miss a week my body knows it. All of the flexologists are fantastic although I do have a favorite in Jack. So glad I invested in myself by joining Stretch Lab. I can tell you that my Massage Therapist has seen a difference in me.
