  Very disappointed. This was a first time visit. When I booked the appointment online, I stated that I had a cyst on the back of my neck that I wanted removed. The doctor that I saw said he does not handle that. I wish that somebody would’ve reviewed the appointment and rescheduled me with a doctor that would take care of this. The nurse took pictures and was supposed to show to another doctor and said she would call me back. It’s been two weeks and I’ve had zero communication. This visit was a waste of my time and money for my co-pay.

  The front office staff were extremely friendly, kind, and welcoming. However, the girl who checked me in barely cracked a smile and made me feel uneasy and unwanted as a patient. I felt a “we don’t want you here” vibe from her. She was not very friendly at all!! The doctor was OK — at least she smiled when entering the room. Definitely your front office staff gets an A+. The back office gets a C+

  I am very pleased with Dermatology Specialist of Canton. I recommend them to everyone. I see Dr. Evelyn there and she and the staff have helped me tremendously! They are very knowledgeable, understanding and kind. I'm so glad I have found such a wonderful dermatologist and staff that have helped me so much! Thank you Dr. Evelyn and staff! I give you all a five star and recommend everyone to visit there ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  PA Ashleigh was awesome…extremely knowledgeable and personable! I felt quite comfortable with her ability to correctly diagnose my condition. Her assistant was also super. The front desk receptionist was welcoming and professional. I actually called back while in the parking lot to ask a question. The other receptionist who answered was fantastic as well and went out of her way to get my question answered. Thank you to all!

  My appointment was scheduled for 5:00 PM. I was not placed in an examination room until 5:15 PM. After waiting approximately 5 minutes, the nurse practitioner entered but spent only about 5 minutes with me. During this time, she did not address the abscesses that have been actively leaking and causing me significant concern. When I inquired about treatment options, she declined to drain them but offered no explanation for that clinical decision. The nurse practitioner did not discuss side effects or precautions for the medication prescribed. This information was not reviewed verbally; I was simply given a pamphlet and directed to read it on my own. The provider indicated she would return but did not. The nurse later explained the medication would be filled at the pharmacy and escorted me to checkout. Overall, the appointment felt rushed and incomplete. The primary issue I sought treatment for was not addressed, medication counseling was minimal, and there was limited provider engagement given the clinical concerns.
