- BMButton Mouse6Aug 22, 20265.0Can in today for an appointment at 2pm 30 minutes early while the staff was dealing with a crisis. Power was flickering on and off and the people inside still greeted me with a smile and even played up on it even more. The lovely Miss Hope and her friends got to me as soon as they could, spoke with me, and made me feel well accomodated while I waited. When I was seen the doctors and staff present helped me as my eye sight had been causing me issues in my day to day and talked me through the neccessary steps to take to ensure I'd be ok. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, and above all very considerate of each other while still maintaining what felt like to me as a wonderful working environment. I will definitely be coming back here ina few weeks for my glasses and in the future! (I had never thought before to leave a review but I have been coming here for years now and it is always a good time visiting!!!) I recommend anyone looking to get there eyes checked or glasses to stop by and make sure to say hello to Miss Hope!
