  This was the worst experience I have had with a doctors office. I was scheduled with Dr. Karlene, I had to leave work early so I could go on a day that he was there. I showed up on time, to be taken back 55 minutes late for my appointment and had been rescheduled with a different provide. Top it off, the provider didn't wear gloves while he was preforming his exam. Will never go back.

  I should've never gave them the benefit of the doubt when years ago at my first appointment, a woman left after they were running so behind, and one of the office staff ran after her in the parking lot. I scheduled an appointment for my husband asking specifically for Dr. Karlene. He waited until the Doctors next available to be seen and was scheduled for a Tuesday (today), when Karlene is there. After sitting in the lobby today for 50 minutes, he went back into the room and was NOT seen by Dr. Karlene, but by one of his colleagues. We were never informed. I attempted to call the office to discuss the matter at 4:39 and was immediately placed on hold. After over 10 minutes and my husband stating that the staff was "just sitting" there and he had checked out and left, I called back. The Flint office was just as rude and said that they probably left for the day. So I was literally placed on hold for them to be able to leave. Since they don't want to answer their phone to discuss matters, maybe they will see this. My husband was scheduled to see Dr. Karlene on April 9th for an appointment today. Instead he saw another male colleague who does not wear gloves. Why were we not informed?

  Dr. Karlene and staff are wonderful. Really top notch. I unfortunately have skin that needs the expert attention Dr. Karlene can give. He is the most detailed dermatologist I have ever been too. If you are worried about who to see for your skin needs, I would highly recommend you come here.

  Great diagnostician with a friendly, unrushed manner. Staff is professional and very nice. Highly recommended. Lots of awards, too!
