  it's a walk in clinic you cannot make an appointment and there's lots of people coming in so you might wait a long time. I will never come back here again. I came for my annual physical exam and I needed a PT script. I had to give a urine sample and they were very uninformative about where to leave the cup. I had to ask 3 people. Dr Bunney told me he doesn't believe in chiropractors 😂 so mt chiro told me and a PT clinic I have shoulder instability but this doctor diagnosed me with a frozen shoulder. before even seeing me he wanted me to take an X-ray when I've never injured or broken my shoulder. he was abrupt and quick with the examination it wasn't in depth. I told him I don't need the CMP checked because I already had it done that month, and when my results came back he tested for it!!!! he clearly doesn't know what he's doing. at check out they scanned my paperwork that I gave them, I had to keep reminding them to give it to me, they crumpled them, and they wanted to charge me 30$ for my visit!!! they clearly don't know what they're doing. the only good thing was that they were efficient on time, lots of different people doing different tasks.

  Today, I had a frustrating experience with Troy Medical Clinic, which seems to have become too focused on money. I called the front desk to request authorization for a prescription refill, but instead of responding properly, they simply asked me to come to the clinic. Upon arrival, I was taken to a patient room, even though I repeatedly told them that I was feeling fine and did not require any treatment. However, they ignored my concerns and proceeded with unnecessary formalities—I was asked to fill out a form, and they checked my weight, height, and blood pressure. In the end, I was charged a $20 co-pay and was only then informed that my prescription refill had been authorized for CVS Pharmacy. I have never been charged by any primary care provider for a simple prescription refill before. This experience felt like an unnecessary and exploitative way to charge patients, and it left me deeply disappointed with the clinic's approach.
