Team Rehab Physical Therapy Clinic - Troy 3 Now Open! We are a full service PT clinic. Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy. Our Clinical Director Sean Connelly has many certifications including personal trainer, strength and conditioning specialist, clinical exercise specialist, clinical exercise physiologist, and aquatic therapist. He works with patients of all abilities, with an emphasis on the geriatric population, office workers, auto injuries, worker’s compensation and sports injuries.
