They did a wonderful job with my eye exam and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. What truly stood out to me was how thoughtful and caring they were toward my baby while I was getting my tests done. They took the time to engage and keep my baby entertained, which made the whole experience so much easier and stress-free for me. That level of kindness and consideration really meant a lot. Wedad (Store Manager in case I misspelled her name) was incredibly knowledgeable, walked me through multiple options, and helped me select a pair of glasses that perfectly matched my personality and style. I never felt rushed, and her guidance made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Dr. Barry was just as impressive. She made my exam feel comfortable and welcoming, clearly explained what was going on with my vision, and even added some humor along the way. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and connects so well with patients. As a returning LensCrafters customer, I can confidently say this was the best experience I’ve had at any location. The team went above and beyond to make me feel valued and taken care of.
