I had to go twice (once in the spring), because my vision had changed partly due to cataracts. Dr. Cardwell did a thorough job in making sure my second exam yielded the correct results. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I was satisfied and could see much better. I never felt like he placed me on an assembly line. Then I worked with Ms. Gerri who finished the process. Gerri was an absolute “dream come true” as she was patient, gave me options on how to proceed with swapping out my old glasses for the new prescription; thoroughly discussing ordering contacts; pricing options; and more. I learned after all these years of patronizing the LensCrafters at Somerset that I could use my AAA discount. This was shared with me by Gerri.
