    Club Pilates and the instructors are amazing! It is such a kind and friendly environment where the instructors work to teach participants the best and correct way to do Pilates for any skill level or age group. They always ask if any participants have concerns and always help participants feel confident and strong. My strength has grown significantly. Pilates helps with overall mobility as well. I highly recommend.

    For a long time, I knew I needed to exercise, but as a working mom with two young kids, finding the time wasn't easy. My usual options were walking around my neighborhood, going to a park, or visiting the community fitness center. Even when I managed to go, I often came home feeling exhausted, like I had used up all my energy. I always assumed Pilates was for people with flexible schedules and that it wasn't really my kind of exercise. Then one day, I noticed a Troy Club Pilates studio right next to the Kroger where I do my grocery shopping. Since it was so convenient, I thought, "Why not give it a try?" Even though the required three-month membership felt like a big commitment, I decided to take the chance. I'm so glad I did. From my very first classes, I was inspired by the instructors' energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for helping people become healthier. I also discovered something unexpected—I really enjoy exercising in a class with other people. The supportive atmosphere keeps me motivated, and each class leaves me feeling stronger, more refreshed, and healthier instead of completely drained. Pilates has become something I genuinely look forward to. I've even recommended it to my mom and several of my coworkers. These days, I'm always excited for my next class, especially with my favorite instructors, Denise and Lexi at Troy Club Pilates. If you're looking for an exercise that's enjoyable, sustainable, and makes you feel good both physically and mentally, I wholeheartedly recommend giving Pilates a try. It has truly become one of the best investments I've made for my health.

    Joining Club Pilates Troy has hands down been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I take classes with Denise and Lexi most often, and they genuinely care about their clients. They don’t just deliver a butt kicking workout, they take the time to understand everyone’s physical limitations and abilities while still finding ways to challenge us both physically and mentally. I’ve noticed that on the days I take Pilates, I stand a little taller and carry a lot less stress. It’s become something I genuinely look forward to. My mom visits from San Diego often and has taken several classes here with me. She always comments on how much more variety this studio offers compared to hers back home, and she’s been equally impressed with how warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable the instructors are. If you’re thinking about trying Pilates, do yourself a favor and stop by for a class. It’s one of the best things I’ve done for both my physical and mental health.

    I have never been one to enjoy working out, but knew I needed to get some activity in my life. I attended a free intro session and was pleasantly happy with the class! I immediately signed up and attend four classes a month. As I was just looking for assistance with toning, I felt this was a good start for me! Each class I have been to are absolutely great! I love how the instructors really pay attention to everyone’s form and correct if need be! I love how I can feel the burn after class and the next day, but it is not overwhelming to where I do not want to go back! It’s actually opposite, and I want more burn!! Do yourself a favor, and just do it!!! It’s amazing!

She is an exceptional teacher who creates a welcoming and supportive environment in every class. Her instructions are clear, encouraging, and tailored to all fitness levels, making it easy to feel confident and successful.
