- EPEmily Petoskey1 day ago1.0I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this office. I called to communicate an important concern and was shocked by how rude and dismissive the staff member was on the phone. What was especially frustrating was being told that what I reported would not be documented in my record. I expect a medical office to take patients’ concerns seriously, listen respectfully, and accurately document relevant information. Instead, I felt dismissed and treated as though my concerns were an inconvenience. Regardless of how busy an office is, patients deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending this office to others.
