  If you must use this radiologist at Bronson in Three Rivers, have a hardcopy of your doctor's orders and be ready to be a tough self advocate. They are unproffesional, lack up to date office technology, and are poor patient advocates. Had a time sensitive xray for my young child. Left work early and arrived at 4:41 p.m. to an empty waiting room. Receptionist could not find paperwork. Would not get out of chair to check fax machine. Would not call other doctor office or let me call. Stated "that wont work. I have one minute till its too late to register a patient. Radiologist closes at 445". This is not stated on their website (5pm) but on the facility door. I will be driving farther so that i do not have to use this radiologist again.

  Caring staff, comfortable amenities while waiting to be seen. Only downside is the hours of operation. Wish it could be open a little later so I can juggle work schedule easier. My doctor is amazing though and I always get attentive care and my questions answered in a timely manner.

  On different occasions I've called this location and haven't gotten an answer until I personally go there.
