This is day 2 of icing them and not going outside without sunglasses. I have been going to eye doctors for 55 years and never in all those years have I had any trouble. I would never recommend her to anyone!

Told staff what contacts I was wearing and was told there was an extra fee but what I wore was basic, $40. Forced to complete via iPad an extensive intake containing completely unnecessary info. Then told while doing initial scan and glaucoma check that it would cost $100 for my contacts simple bc each eye is different. Optometrist conducted basic eye acuity exam and wrote a prescription for the exact brand, size, shape, correction that I walked in wearing. Total rip-off of customer! Do you charge people who come in for eye exam and glasses $100 on top of insurance if their eyes aren’t identical for correction? I have been wearing these contacts for mono vision for more than 10 years and NEVER had to pay extra beyond contact fitting fee from any other provider.
