  After a rough experience with a previous "pediatric" dentist, we were encouraged by some friends to try out Dr. Golnick's office. The lobby was very kid-friendly with toys and books for them to play with. The receptionist was very welcoming. Our wait for our appointment was less than ten minutes. I wasn't sure how our boys would do after really struggling with our previous provider, but they did awesome. Our hygienist, Amber, was amazing with our kids. She moved at each kid's (one of whom is neurodivergent) pace, never rushing them, waiting for them to be comfortable with the next part of the cleaning/exam. Both boys were able to sit independently (with a little hand holding) for the entire exam, and there was absolutely no screaming or crying (something that we had struggled with at our previous provider). One of my boys even gave Amber a hug after his exam. Dr. Golnick was very kind, and he also moved at our child's pace, never rushing or demanding. We're looking forward to our six month exams. Thank you so much, Amber. You're awesome.

  My son has been going to Golnick for years. He has special needs and all the staff we have worked with have been great with him. We even had a dental emergency and they were able to fit him in that day. Very appreciated.

  Everyone was so nice, patient, and caring with my autistic child. They knew just what to do to get the necessary work done. Also the place looks really cool with cleanliness and decor.

  I’ve been taking my daughter here for about 6 years. I checked her in. The receptionist gave me paperwork to update her info. Sat down and waited waited and waited so more after 45 minutes of waiting and other people going back after our arrival. I went to the desire and asked how much longer. I also just moved and drove over an hour to see them. She didn’t check us in. Then she said our appointment wasn’t there. Very disappointed on how all of this went down. She didn’t care and walked away. My daughter and I walked out. I will not be back to any of there locations.

  We had to wait about 20 minutes before being seen but it was understandable as there were many patients in the waiting room and it being a pediatric dentist office so we didn't mind. Once we were called back we met with our kid's dental hygienist, Amber, who was so incredible with our 1 and 2 year olds. She did her job diligently while keeping our kids engaged and distracted and helped to answer any questions we had. I was very impressed by her and is exactly the type of person who I'd want my kids to see for cleanings. We were then seen by the dentist, Dr. Castro, who was really great as well! They made us feel very welcomed especially with how busy it was that day.
