  Worst customer service. Do not bother going here. Staff will lie to you, hang up in your face, and refuse to answer when you call back. They also gaslight their senior patients saying there is an issue with their insurance/ blame the providers office when it's really their lack of competency with billing insurance. Absolutely do not trust them with your healthcare

  This is the worst Kroger Pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. Every time I refill my prescription there is some issue that comes up and it takes forever to get filled and now they’ve gotten the quantities wrong. They blame the doctors office and the doctors office blames them. But this never happened at my old CVS pharmacy and it’s the same doctors office.

  The worst pharmacy I've ever used! But it's not the employee's fault. To me it seems to be a corporate issue. They're understaffed and probably underpaid. Your prescription is NEVER ready when you go to pick it up. You could of had it called in 2 days prior. I honestly think that a prescription isn't filled until you show up to pick it up. They need to pay some overtime and let the staff work after hours to get caught up.

  This place has the absolute worse customer service I have ever encountered. I have been coming here for 6 months now and never once has the prescription been ready. It doesn't matter if it's submitted 3 hours or 1 week ago it is never ready. They always give the same excuse that they just can't keep up. They are not customer service focused. They will not even acknowledge the customer sometimes for 15 minutes. Understaffed. They are so busy but they can't hire enough help. Rudest employees I have ever met. I'm going back to Meijer for my prescriptions. So frustrating.
