  If you are handicap and using a wheelchair or walker the facility is a bit challenging going uphill and through the non automatic doors. You'll definitely need to plan ahead and have someone with you. The other thing is no human ever answers the phones at the Swartz Creek location and it gets frustrating when it takes 2 days to get a call back. A little professionalism could be implemented in this regard.

  Love this place. Jason is very professional and very thorough in what he does. My Husband and I have had excellent service at Hear Michigan center. Would highly recommend Hearing Michigan centers to anyone with a hearing problem. Thanks Jason for a great appointment.😃
