  While on vacation 700 miles from home, my hearing aid wire died. They were able to fix it the same day and they were extremely nice and helpful

  I have a really old pair. I temporarily lost one. I had two conversations with Kelly. Very, very helpful. She offered to get an appointment the next day! After I found my other hearing aid I cancelled tomorrows appt. But I will call Audionova bc of her. Thank you for your help Kelly Then I met Jason Oct 8. These are very good hearing aids

  Swartz Creek office gets 5 stars from me. I could not say enough good about them. Best hearing aids I’ve ever had. Mine are cross so my choice was more limited than most.👍👍

  Jason and Kelly are the BEST! My hearing loss is a little different than most. Jason has worked diligently with me to program my hearing aids for the best results. So greatful
