  I had a great experience with James while recovering from golf elbow. He was extremely knowledgeable about golf related injuries and took the time to understand what was causing my pain. The treatment and exercises made a noticeable difference. I really appreciated his professionalism, personalized care and expertise. I highly recommend James as a physical therapist.

  I was referred by my orthopedic doctor to get physical therapy from James. I have a frozen shoulder and horrible arthritis in it. James is helping me with mobility and strength exercises for my shoulder so hopefully I won’t have to have a shoulder replacement anytime soon. I would highly recommend James! He works with you and your schedule. He’s a wonderful physical therapist!

  This is actually Maureen Fischer. I saw James for tennis elbow. I’m 100% satisfied so the my treatment. When I started I couldn’t even brush my hair due to overdoing it with tennis and pickleball and stressing my elbow. I had some dry needling done a few times as well as some stretching and strengthening exercises. I would recommend his services to anyone needing physical therapy. He’s experienced and knowledgeable.

  I went to see James to help me be proactive in my health and training. As I’m aging I feel like I’m having more aches and pains and I’m always looking for ways to mitigate the nagging pain and improve mobility. He helped evaluate the things I’m currently doing and gave me more exercises and stretches to continue to improve my routine. It was a great experience and I will definitely continue to visit when I’m ready to do more strength training.
