I am Ed Van Hoeck. I purchased the 3 part arch package on 8-22-2026 from The Good Feet Store in Sterling Heights. So far, I am delighted with the results. I went there on the recommendation of my foot doctor and my physical therapist who both thought that arch supports might help me. Wow did they. I went to the store with no expectations. I was helped by Luma Ulaj, a certified fitter. She was terrific! She spend a good deal of time with me taking foot imprints and having me try different arch supports. She tested me for balance with and without the supports. There was a big positive difference with the supports. I came to the store for a different reason than balance, so this was a huge bonus. The reason that I came to the store was that I was looking for relief from pain in my left hip due to some spinal curvature to the left. I had taken a cortisone shot which did provide relief from the pain for a few months, but the pain returned. I am finding that the arch supports are gradually alleviating the pain. I am not favoring the right foot as much. The arch support on my left foot is forcing me to get the front part of that foot down and thereby strengthening the muscles in the
hip. At least that is what I feel that I am experiencing. I know that there is a lessening of discomfort and it is helping my golf game. Thank you Luma and thank you The Good Feet Store

Professional yet friendly. After the scan and other tests, provided different inserts to find the best for my particular situation. Pain I was experiencing when I walked through the door was nearly gone immediately when adding the inserts to my shoes while still in the store! Tom was great to deal with. P.S. Make sure to try the foot massager…it’s on my list to buy!

First off Tom introduced himself and I instantly felt his sincerity. He then began the journey of explaining in detail what caused my issues. I received a foot massage from one of the products at the store which caused my blood flow in my legs to increase. He was passionate about helping people achieve success in the area needed.
