Nathan was incredibly attentive from the start — he quickly acknowledged the issue and made the necessary corrections without hesitation. His professionalism and efficiency made what could have been a frustrating experience completely stress-free. It's rare to find someone who genuinely listens and acts with such care. Nathan is a true asset to the Target Optical team. Highly recommend!

Deceptive pricing practicing, nonclear itemization at at purchase point. I inspected my receipt and found lots of coatings we didn't discuss on the list. Had to ask them to remove the items. Brought the price down by hundreds.

Sieanna was the person that helped me. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She was very understanding of my concerns. I have a small face and she worked with me to find frames that looked great! I've never had anyone that really cared like she and her team did! I'll be placing my order on my next payday!
